The Residential Apartment Interior Project for Mr. Sarath Krishna showcases Smart Minds International’s dedication to transforming spaces into elegant and inspiring environments. Spanning a modern apartment layout, the project combines contemporary design concepts with practical luxury, ensuring every corner enhances both visual appeal and daily comfort.

Construction and interior execution began on 12 August 2023 and is scheduled for completion on 12 October 2024, following a 14-month design and implementation plan.

The interiors were conceptualized around modern minimalism with warm color palettes, high-quality finishes, and space-efficient planning. Natural light plays a key role, complemented by soft artificial illumination that creates a serene ambiance throughout the home.

Interior Work Details

• Living Room: Designed with sleek wall paneling, ambient lighting, and modern furnishings for a sophisticated yet inviting space.

• Dining Area: Features a custom dining setup with a stylish ceiling design and elegant accent wall.

• Bedrooms: Each bedroom was designed with personalized color tones, modular wardrobes, and premium textures for comfort and calm.

• Kitchen: A fully modular layout with smart storage, high-end fittings, and durable finishes for daily convenience.

• Bathrooms: Modern sanitary fittings, subtle lighting, and minimalistic design ensure both elegance and functionality.

• Balcony & Utility Spaces: Optimized with aesthetic railing designs, vertical greenery, and functional planning.
